Combat
Darting (Ex): A monstrous dragonfly’s four wings allow it to move just like a dragonfly of normal size: it can hover in midair, dart side to side to avoid attacks, and dart forward to attack, then dart backwards to avoid retaliation from its target. This movement allows it to act as if it had the Spring Attack feat, which works just as described in the PHB.

Improved Grab (Ex): If a monstrous dragonfly hits a creature smaller than itself with its bite attack, it deals normal damage and attempts to start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. If the monstrous dragonfly wins the grapple, the creature is pulled into the dragonfly's leg basket. Creatures in the monstrous dragonfly's leg basket suffer automatic bite damage each round they are held there. A successful grapple check will allow a trapped creature to escape the leg basket. Once a creature is caught in the leg basket, a monstrous dragonfly will often fly away from danger with its prize, to kill and devour it on the wing.
